Introduction

menedzsment-menedzsment-koszi-gabor Talmacsi Management was created in 2009 and started its work with Johann Zarco, the current Moto2 World Champion rider. Zarco was supported by  Talmacsi Management during his 125cc debute. During that same year, we provided Peter Sebestyen with the opportunity to compete in the Spanish Championship. He is currently racing in the Superbike series. The objective of our Management is to launch motorcycle talents on different competitions and give management support.

The creation of  Talmacsi Managament was due to the restructuring of motorsports. The financial and economic trends of motorsports on an international level require contestants to provide the financial means of entry. Therefore the role of the Management is crucial to provide the rider with all necessary background sport knowledge, so that they can focus on racing. The Management doesn’t only provide financial support, but also administrative and psychological assistance. The sport management is the use of sports science and organization theory of knowledge for his competitor.

The main aim of  Talmacsi Management is to help promising riders develop. We provide support in their representation in media, sponsorship and other contract related inquiries.

Throughout the years, Talmacsi Management has developed many business connections, and has become increasingly active in selecting and promoting young talents.

Johann Zarco

I got to know Johann Zarco when he was a Red Bull Rookies Cup contestant in 2007. He won the cup during that year, just like I did in the 125cc category. Zarco was left without a team in 2008 and we met again in Hungary at the Kakucs track, where he found us with the help of Hungarian fans. I invited him to ride and gave him one of my motorcycles and protective apparels. We jumped on our bikes and after a few laps, I quickly realized he had outstanding race technique and was extremely fast. At the end of the session, I told him “You belong in MotoGP.” During that same year, I lend my world champion bike to him for the last two Spanish championship races. This is how our partnership started. The Management was able to find a team for Johann for the 2009 season, and  helped him financially. This is how his MotoGP career started, and after he won the 2015 Moto2 championship, this is how he thanked us:
